Role Summary: As a Manager, Your primary responsibility is to lead a team focused on sourcing candidates for Stores in North America. You'll also drive creative analytics and strengthen our social media recruitment presence. This role demands exceptional performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8 Years of recruitment experience Experience in Recruitment/Sourcing for the North America marketExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detailStrong coaching and leadership skillsExperience in managing a teamMust be tech savvy; Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs with the ability to learn additional programs as needed\
Role Description:
Manage a team of sourcing specialists, ensuring high productivity levels. Responsible for coaching, mentoring and career guidance for each sourcing specialistPartner with store managers to forecast future hiring needsWork as an advisor to the Store Manager and Recruitment Partners, providing an in-depth understanding of the talent market and trends.formulating and executing effective reporting procedures, ensuring that data is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectivesUtilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvementProactively explore options for improvement and introduce new initiatives to identify and develop solutionsEnsure the Candidate Management System is updated with accurate, updated, and compliant informationTalent Mapping and Talent Mining of qualified leads via various external social networks to create a talent pipeline to meet the current and future needs across the businessSubject matter expert who provides training on how to get the best value out of various sourcing channelsResponsible for compliance with respect to statutory laws and for all periodic audits (internal and external)
