Analyst, Store Systems
· Experience in Clienteling and web applications area with knowledge of .Net, SQL, PowerShell and Oracle DB.
· Experience in supporting the large scale distributed Web / windows applications.
· Retail experience with a knowledge of Web based application troubleshooting, Strong command of Windows O/S, batch scripting, and SQL
· Experience in finding the root cause for failed clienteling and web applications.
· Support and resolution of issues. Looking into incidents or tickets.
· Ability to work as a team and individually for troubleshooting / investigating critical problems and leading meetings.
· Ability to coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
· Good knowledge of .NET. SQL database knowledge is mandatory.
· Must have experience in Retail / Store System and production support L2/L3.
· Ready to work in shifts (First general and second)
· Good communication skills.
· Knowledge in AWS, C#, Pathfinder/Nagios/AZURE/RTS/SolarWinds will be added an advantage
· IIS, .Net, SQL Server, windows service, Web Service, C#
· Windows BAT/CMD Script, Batch scripting
Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):
· Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in computer science / Information Technology and supporting large scale distributed Web / windows applications
· Retail experience is required with a knowledge of Web based application troubleshooting Strong command of Windows O/S, batch scripting, and SQL
· Must have experience in IIS, .Net, SQL, Oracle-basic, PowerShell scripting & Production support L2/L3.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
